My Professional Journey

I came to psychotherapy through a long arc of work with people.

I began my professional journey in Human Resources, moving between factory setups and corporate life at Tata Chemicals, and later went on to lead a department at the clean energy company Sunshot Technologies.

My work involved close collaboration with people across the corporate ladder. In an additional role as an ethics counsellor addressing workplace harassment, I gained a better sense of power, vulnerability, emotions at work, and the ways
human behaviour and social environment influence our sense of self and our nervous system.

Over time, questions around meaning, patterns and navigating change drew me to learn about body-based and depth-oriented therapy.

I gradually became a full-time therapist after years of training in Somatic Experiencing and Process-Oriented Psychology and continue to train in Bodynamic.

“Wherever you are is the entry point.”

What Grounds My Work

My therapy approach is non-linear, bringing together psychological practices, an understanding of the body and a deep interest in people’s experiences and identity.

I began offering psychotherapy through Pathways to Self, a space I created with a colleague. It remains an important milestone in my professional journey.

My work as a Yoga practitioner has shaped this further.

The teachings of my spiritual guide, Sri M, have inspired me. His understanding of the human being’s inner life and the relationship between body, breath, and larger consciousness has deeply influenced how I work and how I live.

As a woman, a traveller, and someone who has moved between diverse context, I understand what it means to navigate change, uncertainty, and find your footing.

I bring all of that to my work, and to the safe, steady space I aim to hold for the people I work with.
