How We Work and Build a Practice for Daily Life
Each session is shaped around what your body can accept on that day. The intention is to develop a practice that can gradually become part of your routine, allowing the body to learn through repetition and build steadiness, familiarity, and strength over time.
Breathing practices that support regulation and steadiness
Gentle warm ups and joint opening to support mobility and circulation
Asanas adapted to your needs, capacity, and energy on the day of the session
Longer holds when helpful, supporting grounding and presence
Restorative work when the system needs settling
A quiet closing that helps integrate the practice into your day
How the Practice Unfolds
What makes this different?
I draw on traditional yoga alongside my work as a psychotherapist and somatic practitioner. This means we pay close attention to your body’s pace and your nervous system, building a practice that is sustainable rather than forced, rushed, or performative.
What to remember?
Over time, the body begins to recognise movements and rhythms.
What to expect from the First Session
The first session is a space for me to understand your body, your history with movement or yoga, and what it may need. From here we begin shaping a practice that works for you.

Once this is clear for both of us, we begin shaping your yoga practice together.
