The Process
A 30-minute video
-
A 30 minute video call to understand what brings you here.
-
This is not a therapy session, but a space to connect and ask questions.
-
Space to assess whether what you bring falls within my scope of practice.
-
Whether there is a sense of alignment on both sides.
-
If you choose to proceed, the intake form, session guidelines, informed consent, and therapeutic contract are shared with you to review, sign, and provide consent.
A 90-minute session
-
A 90 minute session to understand salient aspects of your life as it has unfolded.
-
Includes space for significant chronological events and transitions, family structure, and key relationships.
-
We begin to sense how the nervous system has adapted over time.
-
This may come together in one session or unfold over a few.
Ongoing Sessions
-
Ongoing sessions are shaped to support your process and rhythm.
-
Frequency is discussed and decided based on your needs and context.
-
Focus on understanding patterns and how the nervous system adapts in the present.
-
Supports building capacity for regulation, choice and healthy ways of relating.
